Hope you are liking the new updates to my website. I wanted to do a monthly blog and video for y’all on health and fitness. This is one topic that people ask me about regularly on Facebook and Twitter. “How do you stay fit?” “What exercises do you do?” “What do you eat to stay in shape?” questions very similar to these. I am going to try and answer all your questions in my blogs.
Firstly lets touch a little on eating habits. I do not like to be hungry and do enjoy eating food however I just choose foods that will help my body, not hinder my body. I try to stay away from preservatives (preservatives are found in most foods that come in can, packages etc).
